Overview
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our returns policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds after 7 days have passed since your item was delivered.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
- All original tags must be attached
- Items must be in their original packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase or order number
Non-Returnable Items
- Underwear, swimwear, and other intimate apparel for hygiene reasons
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
- Gift cards
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
Return Process
To complete your return, we require proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notification. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, email us at las@labelas.co.in
Shipping returns
To return your product, please mail it to our return address (provided upon request). You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
For expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
